Join us Saturday June 29th for your chance to explore the North Country Trail in style and to help support the Northern Michigan Mountain Bike Association.
The North Country Trail offers some of the coolest sights and a mix of terrain to satisfy riders of all types. We have point to point ride distances of approximately 67, 30 and 16 miles to accommodate all fitness levels. If you like rides that last all day or ones that only last a couple hours, we have an option for you!
Your entry includes a supported ride of three distances, a professionally catered meal, cold Short’s Brewing beverages and one night of tent camping at the after party at the Kalkaska Campground and RV Park. (Additional nights of camping, RV hookups and mini cabins available at a discounted rate, call the campground at 231-258-9863 and mention the Long and Short’s!)

Early registration is only $45 until May 1 and $55 until June 21 and $65 until June 26 (no meal guarantee for night before registrations)
Donation based shuttle service to start points will be available the morning of June 28 to return you to your vehicles. Maps and start points will be published the week before the event.
We have three stage / start points selected which will be fully mapped out and marked with specified start times. There will be vehicles to take any drop bags, tent’s, sleeping bags, etc to the end at each one of the starts.
Donation based shuttles will only run on Sunday morning, but you are welcome to make your own arrangements to retrieve cars at any time. We unfortunately can’t transport bikes so you will need to return to the camp ground to gather your bikes and gear.
